IMO Prudent risk management says that you don't wait till the kitty is zero before raising funds again. So the fact they've lasted this long on $130k without raising is pretty positive in my opinion.
With peek holiday season approaching, the $170k refund and the new pricing engine maximising revenue the next quarterly could be a ripper. GLTAH all.
