I'm not too sure that Trumps ignorance in world affairs will only go as far as upsetting the status quo. Giving a fool ultimate power is a very dangerous business. In general, we can easily envisage good, or at least stable relationships falling apart. Could you imagine China backing down and losing face in the Sth China Sea after Trump insults them with some irresponsible abuse, especially now that the stupid Philippine's President has endorsed their agenda?
Then there is the 'chummy' relationship between him and Putin, where the later is laughing his head off back in the Kremlin, just hoping that Trump wins the Presidency. When Russia is finally called out over their atrocity's in Syria, or anything else for that matter, Trump will have to provide his support, and Putin's ego is far too big to be affected by the laughing stock of global politics. How will this play out? Who knows, but if push comes to shove, Putin will call Trump's bluff on conflict without even flinching.
Give me the feminine, but firm hand of Hillary any day in these issues. At least the enemies know what they are dealing with: the US of old, and not the US that will be no more.
