yep possibly.......there may not actually be any actual climactic action in this down trend, and a complete capitulation maybe all we'll see. At this point, a weekly close back above the high of two weeks ago would change the trend from down, to sideways and potentially bullish (although this view may change with subsequent price action).
I'll keep watching....eventually something will come of it.
