The annual report was for fiscal year ended June 30 2016. For some reason Prana announced in late September when the annual report was published that the data had been submitted but did not say why that information (without date) was included in the annual report for FY which ended three months earlier...which would lead some readers to believe that they had submitted it before end of the FY.

What really matters is the date of receipt by the FDA. That's when the clock started ticking 30 days. Their reply may come by telephone call or email (to Prana, not to us). Let's hope that we hear the complete story and how Prana plans to execute in the future.
