The 4.96% held by Directors will be diluted by about one third due to the CR & SPP shares. Remember, they can only subscribe for $15k worth just like the rest of us. That's a maximum of 166,666 shares. IMO, they should be supporting the company 100% and buying their full allotment. I wouldn't be happy with anything less.
Of greater concern is that the Top 20 only holds 22.31% of the company. This is a woefully low number and but unfortunately there's not much Management can do about it other than to press on drill.
