Think about it. The Chinese buy enough of a company to control the entire board. Pay themselves a healthy wage. Give themselves a healthy bunch of shares each year to further dilute existing holders. Do the max cap raising every year and then increase their own salaries if anyone is silly enough to take it up. By the time they've drained the company dry, they have almost complete control. Take it private and get rid of any remaining investors for a pittance. ASIC does nothing.

Basically the same as half the micro-cap stocks on the ASX, now that I think about it.
