That's a bit rough Kutyak. I'm the only person who responded and this is what I posted:

Suggest your post was politely acknowledged and my premise was reasonable. In fact, perhaps it is why the term "retrospectively" has been used - would seem the matter has been raised by the Greenland authorities after the IBA was finalised.

Am not overly fussed, as expect it will be sorted soon enough as all parties wish the project to proceed, even to the extent of commencing construction in 2017. Am not convinced there is enough time now for that to transpire, but hopefully NFC are sharpening their pencils.
