If anyone can think of any other good reason why Buru had $9m free carry from Mitsubishi to use in the next few months but decided to approach the WA DMP to agree to "no further permit work commitments in 2016" then pray tell. Are they going to let it go begging, or have they thought of something worthwhile to get our JV partners to spend it on?
