Having looked at a lot of charts - there are a number of cycles that should converge at the end of the first week of November so I suspect that we will see some sort of low and of course it just happens at the US election. So I suspect we will just have to continue with these overlapping waves in our Index until it is all over.
What is our REIT Sector (XPJ) suggesting to us about local property values????
