There's a post on PLS from Madmin saying:

"The relevant word is CHOICE. As a starter - nobody was 'suspended for a year' - and it's normal to use a long temporary suspension simply to make sure a member responds to a query. There are many and often.
This was part of the note requesting contact to clarify and overturn the suspensions:
"Please contact HC Support if you want to discuss. (and to have suspension sorted out)" "

So using the word "disgrace" without knowing all the facts appears a bit short sighted.
It's my understanding SN has had many warnings about him advertising his business and using
HC as a vehicle for it. The rules are clear for everyone to see and agree to prior to posting.
