As per the lefty method I will answer my own question, just to enlighten the less intelligent Clinton cheerleaders.
SHE may even get elected, but then its only time before the charges are laid.
When a court orders you to produce evidence which you immediately destroy, you can slide away like an eel.
But when the same evidence reappears somewhere else, it exposes the truth via others emails.
There is no way to spin out of this situation, no matter how slimy an eel you are!
Should I follow up on this comment DaveR its seems that's the done thing.
