    Good to see very few sellers at these levels indicating, one hopes, that almost all shareholders are appraised of the current situation. Any selling at these levels has to be desperate or uninformed so close to the cusp of major news on the PE/AGT acquisition. CS will not find it as easy as I thought to collect a sizeable stake at bargain prices under $1.50 or so prior to delisting.
