Some may seem surprised by the wording the Work Plan Variation is in the " is submitting" phase as opposed to has been submitted. The phrase "is submitting" appeared the other day in the Annual Report, and no-one commented on it. I agree with JetBlue that the phrasing suggests that we have an iterative process going on, perhaps a Draft Plan was submitted and then there has been back and forth matters to be sorted out before the final Work Plan Variation is complete and ready for sign off. Really can't see any other interpretation. At least they advise its progressing positively. Logically speaking its not realistic to just submit a WPV on the ERR department and expect a rubber stamp approval without some modifications being required.
I wonder if the recent planned purchase of the buffer zone land was a requisite of the permitting process or at least addresses an issue that has been raised.
