    If this amendment gets through, It's highly likely , IMO, DYOR, Mt K may heavily short the stock and keep the SP depressed for a long time to suit there own agenda and break SH hearts. In the meantime the end game goal for Mt K will be to hold as much % of equity and be in control of the co. as the major SH. =45%
