Well, now, that just got a bit more interesting.

On 8 Dec, Talbot Holdings became a substantial shareholder with a 9.75% holding (via a 25c placement) which increased to 11.97% on 18 Dec - now diluted to 11.07%.

Today, CITIC Australia (CALL) has filed a substantial shareholder notice, following a 7.48% interest in SAU (25c placement on 22 Dec).

Two new, substantive shareholders, pre-positioned with almost 20% between them, with 60M shares (in total), on issue.

This suggests that the new uranium float will similarly get off the ground fully subscribed /underwritten.
