It is important for FAR not to play this out in the media, but as I alluded to earlier I believe there is at least one piece of information that needs to be provided earlier, rather than later. "We are not aware" of the Gov't providing approval is in my view not an acceptable situation or information provision. If Gov't approval has been given then...
1) the game is over for PE, or
2) FAR will be fighting against WPL/COP/CNE and the Gov't (and I would suggest this sends us back to 1.

These words ("not aware") need to be clarified quickly. It is my opinion that the market cannot trade in a proper manner when such an obvious grey statement is on the table. Indeed, I had a buy order of 500k shares in the market last Friday afternoon, which I pulled this morning immediately after the announcement....to go through with it was simply going to be a gamble (irrespective of anything if we miss PE or some other type of "compensation" there will be some degree of short term reversal in sp).

I am one of the true FAR fan club. The shares I already have I will not sell until (my belief of) true value comes through. I support management taking PE on and pushing as hard they can. Gov't status on the WPL/COP announcement is crucial to not only whether the pursuance of PE can remain alive, but also whether we are trading in a properly informed market.
