Just a couple of points on issues raised:

1: FAR doesn't need Govt approval to say they aren't going to proceed with DJ and they would have said so today if that were the case. When approval comes through which it almost certainly will as long as the terms have been fullfilled and with 3D the terms were fullfilled it seems, things will proceed....it is however just another example of the many things that are out of FAR's control when we rely on other parties...they can only estimate timelines and results..

2: With regards to Govt approval of COP/WPL's deal, as FAR have stated, if a material event happens it will be reported, recieving a message from the Senegal Govt saying it had been approved is material so it's obvious to date that hasn't happened ....they can't do much more than that IMO.
As Management often say untill you hear otherwise consider things are proceeding as previously stated , yesterday the Quartely did exactly that by stating where things had changed and there will be plenty more over the years...

That would apply to the whole project, Management have made it clear they expect to go to production and would like more of our lease and untill you hear otherwise thats what will happen and remember production is 4-6 years away ..
