They had 4 years to get on with their jobs and get the options over the line in which we would all be in a happier stronger position, insteadthey miss out on 3.4cents and raise some money at 3 cents.
I only hope they raised what they need to get this rolling, otherwise we will be diluted again possibly in short to medium future.
