Although my comment above might seem flippant, it wasn't really. While the youth market of bright and clever young early adopters of cool technology is very important, Nuheara should also have a marketing strategy that reaches the older demographic. Whatever that takes. [OK, no telemarketing, thanks].
Meanwhile, you young folks, don't assume you are immune to the effects of loud noise from live music, loud bars and particularly from turning up your ear amplification too much!
My loss, complete with tinnitus, was from being in a workplace with long exposure to 87 dB, far less volume than many people have their personal music all day long.

Off topic: Do you have any recommendations for dealing with the tinnitus? I damaged my hearing a year ago, and it drives me mad.

I'm wondering if there is scope for some kind of tinnitus noise cancelling signal processing further down the road.
