re: oxr takeover of zfx Partner1, you stated that this time we would be hanging out for your next post. well i really am keen to hear it.
OXR have announced that they wish to become a $10 bill company by 2010.
Does that mean they hope to aquire zfx for $5.5 billon late in 2009?

Can you tell us why no TO offer has come?
if it was to come what would it consist of? a cash offer? where will they get $13 billion?
a share offer? how many oxr shares do you need to give to zfx holders? 8, 9, 10?? a mixture of both???
