ESG :A no brainer.
VRE :I wanted GOLD and VRE is a very safe bet....They paid "nothing" for Bronzewing and are basically walking in there and flicking the switch....Within 6 mths will have a net cash flow very close to there capital worth.
BKP :I wanted a very speculative huge upside stock in there.Just by the acerage alone they have this one is undervalued and in that area there is no doubt OIL.Just a matter of finding it.
