Prospectus actually says that a MINIMUM of 10K shares can be applied for. Problem is there are 1,879 shareholders (as of last annual report) which equates to 18,790mill shares. Now wouldn't expect all shareholders to subscribe but if there is a deal for larger shareholders can understand why the average shareholders can only expect their minimum allocation.
