Thanks, This, I assume that is 1st hand info re: Eric's meeting, which means you've either phoned up or are one of the trad owners?
looking at the first two agreements, it's clear several years time and effort go into these things and also worth noting the trad owners in both cases conducted their own evaluation, so I would assume this is the case here and I am guessing they would also have had such an evaluation prepared for them, probably have commenced it at much the same time, so perhaps it is in fact finalised ready for them to form a decision on. Maybe something for ERic to go over with them. All speculation.
Any reason you don't think it's so close?
Totally agree worth 10c+ before any farm-in even gets done. we don't necessarily know it's what anyone is waiting for, but if it is taken out of the equation, it certainly concentrates minds. Also makes Twiggy and any other wannabes look light years away.
