Minister of Energy rno Alassane Sall (no relation) envisages an ‘amicable’ settlement, but any deal might also suck in FAR’s own 15% stake and trigger some protracted bargaining.
Now why would he comment on Fars 15% being sucked in,unless he knows something?
also the court ruling is binding on all parties.But is able to be Appealed.
