No response yet. I would like to think they are having a good hard think about things. Interesting they sent out a revised notice 40 minutes after I pointed out the original notice was incorrect. Noting your comment about announcements, the repetitive and less than dynamic results announcements and now this it leads me to believe they are not taking disclosure announcements seriously - still behaving like a biotech start up. In moving forward the best case outcome for me will be for the company to put out a 2017 forecast tomorrow - but to be honest I doubt it - independent directors should be insisting but I get the feeling they are as ballsie as a bunch of eunuchs.
