You do have a point there Growler -where what the Mgmt gonna say to the US Investors on the targets.
But I believe for private placement of shares - they will provide some additional highlights not sure about targets tho' which is sensitive information - hence that's why XPE cannot disclose the targeted revenue (listing rules). These investors will expect dividends failing which they will not stay for long.
The 2.5 m and 5.0 m targets were for performance shares and now proposed for cash bonus - which is normal. That is to give the Management some incentives to work towards, for the Company. Xped didn't announce the figures as targeted revenue for the Company.
