NKP bought land in shady expedite deals (okap) that benefited directors materially (okap). Due process was ignored (Bengwenyama-Ya-Maswati). The 2006 prospecting rights were a sham.
The DMR is a state body beholden to the ideology of reconciliation. NKP (okap) may have lined it's pockets initially, but the shell NKP (mclouds daughters) has been marked by the DMR "denied". Denial is achieved through infinite court wranglings, " taking monies" etc. (See nkp circa 2006 _ 2016).
