Thanks All. It was something i heard from someone or read on another thread
After doing some digging around as well it seem that sometimes some company's will put it into the contract that no director, board member or employee with shares can either buy or sell shares within a certain time frame of a price sensitive ANN even if it just a quarterly ANN as they would know if the company has had a good or bad quarterly or they now of impending news weather it be good or bad.
