Revenue would be recognized when it is earned. The 6 month lag would be around cash flow.
In my opinion, in terms of increased revenues i think that is more to do with the new release of these products and also the fact that the working capital the business has is more than what they would have had at the end of June 2016. This would allow them to invest more in revenue generating initiatives.
The question I'll be asking myself going into Christmas is 'how material is 'material'?!'
I'd be very interested to see how the QA platform goes with these celebs. Now if management can create something similar in partnership with the liverpool football club, then I'd be a customer for life.
