If you Google Claude Dufresne he now comes up as CEO of a Canadian niobium explorer MDN, recently changed to Niobay. So perhaps he's simply pursuing other interests - whether in parallel or instead of, I don't know.

As for Davey, I disagree with under performing. Just for the record, I thought he was excellent. While I have no idea re the reason for his departure, perhaps it was more regarding strategic direction of the company, i.e. taking it through to become a miner or packaging it up nicely for a takeover. All my five cents worth only. And I'm quite happy with the new leadership team too.
