What makes you think the company would have to make funding issues clear or not? They aren't going to answer any questions. They'll say they believe they have sufficient funds based on blah blah blah. They didn't have sufficient funds to make it through the current quarter, hence the accelerated funding by Amgen. What happens next quarter? They couldn't manufacture commercial quantities of something as simple as a syringe. Now you expect me to believe they are going to able to manufacture commercial quantities of something that has a dozen or so moving parts, plus some computer gadgetry? They've had no new business in a year's time. What have they been doing? If your WI is so fantastic, why hasn't every company on the block lined up? As far as being a board member they are covered by Officers and Directors insurance. They are going to get paid 60-80K for having a few meetings and saying Uh Huh. All window dressing for suckers IMO. As you said the guy running the shop is a lawyer, he's yet to prove he's a businessman. All I see is someone bringing in friends to carve up the last of the carcass.
