If they really wanna out, why not sell to whatever MP when sp above 10c and 9c....
Why stack up from above 13c onwards......
Why remove orders after market close and put back before Market open?
Because they just wanna scare Poential buyers and pose negative on Sp as it looks....
They are also afraid there will be Great news announced so they can't pull their orders, so they choose remove orders and placed again so they can Monitor....
They are not retailers .....
So make your mind.
