Sentiment has been incredibly negative this week towards a lot of smaller or high PE stocks. FRM isn't high PE, but it is small, so it might have just got caught up in the "risk off" behaviour.
As Didak says, the numbers for FY17 are (probably) good, so we have that in our favour as long as FRM can deliver at the next earnings report.
