it all depend on how quickly they can provide the information to shareholders. so basically AGM is 30 days after the announcement of the resolutions.(which hasn't been released yet)
then once it has been approved anywhere between two to three weeks after that.
so say they resolution will be released tomorrow, then AGM is on December the 3rd, and relisting is two to three weeks after that. which makes it end of December.
Since nothing has been released yet, and they are waiting for JORC to be released by end of December, nothing will happen until then.
