    OK TEAM IAM. Here is my detailed Q&A notes from tonights session. Very worthwhile!!!
    I tried to ask as many questions as possible and met some great HC members. Apologies if some of these questions have been asked already. Thx guys!!

    (Not in any order - FYI and some of the Q's are from the HC thread i.e. @Glyco, @SeeThru)

    Q? What other similar products are there in marketplace and how easy to copy/replicate etc?
    A. Very hard to copy/duplicate based on $1M+ in development costs, resource cost for an Insto. would be just as much and the team to support it, IAM - their experience that is tied to the platform is priceless and overall very unlikely to be reproduced.

    Q. How is Mgmt raising the profile of IAM among Insto's and also Brokers/Research?
    A. IAM is flat-out and under-resourced to address this right now BUT they have a BIG queue of prospective clients and will leverage Charles (Global Partnerships) to drive this and MF responded the same and highlighted organic growth with HUGE demand. (I believe this!) PC is apparently in-charge of this said MF . PC get to work! You will do great mate and thank you for tonight. You are rokkin!!

    Q. IAM Business Model (New Clients)?
    A. They are following a very similar model to Atlassian (Billionaire Aussie Founders) where there model is not to hire salespeople. MF said this and really highlighted the fact that the product sells itself and between them they have 20-25 yrs of experience with contacts to the whole industry. Again. Clients are queuing up for this product. It saves BIG $$$.

    Q. IAM Takeover?
    A. MF quote, said 'In the near future this will happen'. I asked when and what price? No answer and I even quoted 50c and $1. Time will tell

    Q? Integration to other Client platforms i.e. Instos?
    A. (API) IAM has built the platform to easily integrate with a host of clients i.e. We have thought about who we want to target and what they specifically need. (SMART). MF said an integration would be relatively straight-forward for this to occur. (Seems well thought out!)

    Q. Revenue per Practice?
    A. Av. $100K each

    Q. Shareholders?
    A. 3-6mth plan focused and prepared for Shareholders. (That was it. We are important )

    Q. Lilly Revenue?
    A. No revenue yet trialling with clients but very BIG upside!

    Q. Demand?
    A. 13mth waiting period (I think answered already). Only focused on Key Big4/Top FPG's and smaller FPG's. Reality is based on what MF and PC said is Sentry can meet the targets but another Top FPG can be helpful

    Q. M4 achievement by Dec'17?
    A. PC laughed but in a good way. I think this way a tell-tale sign of (and he quoted) of under-promising and over-delivering. PC quoted 'M2+' by Dec'17 and 40% profit with the model by then generating healthy income. (Do the maths). I think M3+ based on this.

    Q. Client Data?
    A. ALL client data resides on their-own hosting/server infrastructure. IAM do NOT provide a SaaS based software model from what MF/PC quoted. DATA stays in OZ!!

    Q. Potential MOU 2's
    A. Quoted 'AMP, Financial Wisdom, Charter & Centry'

    Q. Customers?
    A. 9x paying customers as of now!

    Q. Sentry Info?
    A. Sentry has 50% take-up with 400x Planners (VERY GOOD!)

    Q. Business Strategy?
    A. Bottom-Up (PLANNERS) not Top-Down i.e. CEO/CFO/CXO. This is working and driving the demand hence no need for Sales team, marketing etc.

    Q. IAM USP? (Unique Selling Point & Investor Pitch now/3yrs)
    A. MF Quote 'They have significant compliance executed with a team that know the back-office better than most and through this provide the 40% cost savings'. FPG's and FP's skills are not managing the back-office simple! (MF). If you ADD Lily and Klip then the USP triples x3 due to cost, experience and resourcing!

    Q. Sentry exclusivity?
    A. After the Pilot/6mth engagement Sentry or IAM can terminate OR before with 1mths notice. HERE THIS - PC said that before the engagement or Pilot they would have a clear understanding of whether a subscription or commercial deal would happen way before then. The 6mth engagement has started as we all know, Sentry have hired a new person to manage this and the work will start shortly. Hasn't yet. So before the end of Q1'17 IAM will have the YES/No as to whether a commercial model is viable for both parties.

    Q. Lily platform again?
    A. Voice to Text being introduced and/or in-play

    Q. Klip?
    A. MASSIVE Opportunity as it represents 10-12% of ALL FPG's/FP's revenue generated!!!! FYI - Klip is compulsory!!

    Q. Lily Code
    A. IAM own the proprietary code outright!

    Q. MF Vision?
    A. Aggressive Growth! Dominate Growth & Industry! Be one of the most successful start-ups in the last decade! Period!

    Q. IAM staff growth?
    A. Confirmed! 20-30 NEW employees per month less attrition etc so reality is 15-20x new employees to manage demand! EXCITING!

    Q. Acquisition?
    A. VERY IMPORTANT and part of the IAM's Strategy!!

    Q? Next 'Prospective Client' Board Meeting
    A. Dec 1st'16. It may be delayed until Feb'17 as already quoted.


    I hope the above helps with all the other amazing information that brought and bought me into IAM. I am truly grateful for that! Love this company and love the IAM Team.
