If the DFS was fully funded why did they need to raise the cash now. That concerns me . Let's hope it's a premium to the closing price of .098 should be if they used the averages price prior to collapse of share price from .12 . If the dfs comes up ok which I'm sure it will and the Offtakes comes in prior to q end Which I think we have Buckley's chance of happening, some one will make a nice short term profit...p
