Potential for 100 Sinopec plants.
Assuming each plant has an installed capacity of 4MW.
100 x 4MW = 400MW.
One time royalty of $250k/MW = $100M in royalties from Sinopec alone.
If Sinopec give the green light, there's no reason why 100 plants couldn't be constructed within a 5 year period.
