They have not bought any shares back for some weeks - 3-4 I think. The price has been moving up without it. The notice currently says zero bought yesterday, and maximum price allowed is 88 cents.

I suspect that the buyback has stopped as it is looking more likely that OSH will need the $s for a gas development of some sort starting fairly soon. Then again they don't have to complete the maximum buyback (another 58 million) now, so that can keep it in reserve in case the share price drops on bad news (eg Moran -2 dry).
