Potential shareholder claims against the company may have spooked a few of them, obviously KM are in no hurry to come clean on whether the Directors traded while insolvent and at the same time trying to flog off the rest of the company as quick as possible.
At what point can shareholders claim to be unsecured creditors if Directors have breach their duties ?
