“We currently have a strong Regional footprint with 17 high sights in Johannesburg”
    1. if it was just a mere rise, fine. but this has tripled!
    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> it may have tripled since you became involved. Since I first bought in back in Nov last year at 0.006, the price has gone up 14 times. That is beside the point. The company is dynamically different from those days. This new entity has totally changed dynamics. My expectations are that another 14 x existing share price is more than possible!

    2. competition with a similar nanosat play I found was SkyFi. general competition in broadening connectivity; Amazon, Facebook, google, inmarsat... list goes on. I think nanosat is a great approach which I why I originally thought this was worth a punt even though they're indirectly competing with the worlds biggest. there is definitely a possibility of disruption here.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. You have named a few, yet not one of them is even remotely classed as ‘competition’.
All except Inmarsat are ‘internet’ orientated. SSG is not internet focussed – it specializes in voice and data.

    Facebook “drones” and Google “balloons”
…….both have multiple issues related to air traffic control and maintaining required special positioning. Coverage would be minimal and startup costs considerably higher than SSG for the same area of coverage, not to mention the massive ground based infrastructure required to run their respective systems.

    SkyFi (also internet based)
…………appears to have limited coverage in Africa, specifically in the Johannesburg region.

    “Inmarsat”
………………is currently the only one you mention that is actually operating, providing global ‘internet’ coverage except for Polar Regions. Inmarsat has 12 x satellites deployed. “Iridium” is another satellite based communications company with some 66 x satellites deployed.

Inmarsat and Iridium operate on ‘old’ technology and significantly expensive in both establishing costs and ongoing running costs as reflected in the price customers pay for their services. SSG will kill them on both service and price.

I do not know what Amazon had planned but if I were Jeff Bezos, I would simply put in an offer of $1.5Billion, takeover the company and maximize the disruptive opportunities that could generate many multiples of their investment.

    3. I skim hotcopper in that I skip threads/posts like 'X price tmrw???'. can't keep track of everything when the day job heats up so I do have to judge a book by its cover out of necessity sometimes.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> your choice, but my experience is you run the risk of missing many vital elements that can ultimately affect your trading decisions.

    4. yes? I'm sure I'm not the only one here?

    5. I'd like to think I get it. but there's definitely room to learn so I'm reaching out in the hope that people like yourself that have actually got to meet and chat to management will help explain it. if you don't want to then that's fine but I do have an open mind and would love to be sold on this story again at this price.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sorry, but not for me to sell you on the story. IMO the story sells itself.

    6. Guess I feel a bit shitty that I didn't hold steady and missed the big spike and might be projecting that a little bit. Sorry. I've appreciated your research in the past and was moreso talking about the posts that pop up on any hot stock making random price guesses without even trying to provide reason.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> to the contrary, IMO you have not missed the big spike!.... you have simply chosen to be out of the market while it has been rising………….. I am sure you are not alone!

perhaps I shouldn't be so dismissive of TA but with small stocks i feel like it's more helpful at making small amounts jumping on a trend in the scope of a single day. don't believe TA alone can predict sustained movements before they begin.

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> you may have heard this before, but I do not believe this to be a stock that can be traded on ‘technical analysis’………….. in fact make that any stock! TA is predicting the future based on past events. I am a ‘fundamental trader’, not a graph scrutinizer!

Gltah. hopefully will be amongst their ranks again soon, since I think this mission is genuinely good for humanity if they pull it off. It's the type of stock I like to have my money behind

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I am with you on that!............... this story is only just beginning.
