Who was chairman is not the point as the chairman including the board may have no knowledge of the appointment being make and would seek information from the CEO that is there full time or outside source to make appointments.
I know the board is responsible in the end but if the appointment is stuffs up they will terminate that person and I do not know why he left EGO but they do not want him back.
KQ being CEO at that time would have been involed with the appoint ment of Marshall at $56,000 per month.
It would be a dysfunctional board that did not take notice of its employees.
The pesent board did terminate Marshall before his consultancy was up.
