I can't see that at all Dex. McCarthy and Putnam were accusers in powerful positions. She is the accused, in the powerful position, wielding huge influence with prestigious appointments in her power plus almost infinite cash backing. Very different from the poor sods who were accused, convicted and had their lives destroyed or executed under McCarthyism or Salem.
