    Hi Texas,

    The Scheme of Arrangement was approved by the Court this morning.

    21.5m of the UEL shares traded were crossed (etc) in 6 separate parcels after 3.45pm.

    The suspension from quotation was effective from close of trading today (ie: 4.00pm).
