You might like to check the announcement put out by ERM dated 22 November 2013, which announced the terms of the settlement with the former B&M of Empire.
Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Peter Jans put that information out, before there was an announcement about Mr Quinlans appointment as Acting CEO of Empire.
Are you alleging Kent Quinlan actually made the decisions in relation to the settlement arrangements with Mr Marshal and others after they resigned from EGO?
On 2 November Empire announced the appointment of Kent Quinlan as a/g CEO.
