Paul would like to compare his history to Terry Grammer (ANY DAY OF THE WEEK I MIGHT ADD), Apart from stating in his little blurb there that he was part of a board that sold a company that had a market cap of 2 billion for 325 million. "Look at the returns we generated for the people who invested in the IPO" how about the 16.25 c on the dollar that was returned to the people that invested when the market cap was 2 billion! (these are all approximates here do DYOR)
This is all cute rhetoric and selective use of information, Please come forward FIXKIN and explain to me how Paul is a more adequate director than Terry. There are a lot of heavy hitters in there, I believe Jubilee was sold for 3 billion dollars, and I don't know many people that lost money with Jubilee.
"Mr Grammer is a geologist with over 40 years’ experience in mining and mineral exploration with extensive experience in Australia, Africa, east Asia & New Zealand. He has been based in Western Australia since 1988 and has extensive professional experience in the exploration of gold, base metals and some industrial minerals. He was a founder and promoter in 1999 of the successful nickel miner Western Areas NL, and was exploration manager of the company from 2000 until retiring in 2004.
Mr Grammer was awarded the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies’ Joint Prospector of the Year Award in 2000 for the discovery of Jubilee Mines Cosmos Nickel Deposit in 1994.
Mr Grammer retired from active geology in 2004, and since then has been involved company promotion, company financing and project acquisition. Mr Grammer is currently a non–executive Director of Stratum Metals (ASX:SXT), a gold and nickel sulphide mineralisation exploration company. He is also a non–executive director and Chairman of London Stock Exchange AIM listed Metal Tiger (LON:MTR), a company involved in natural resource acquisitions and investment with world-wide projects.
Mr Grammer was previously a director of Fortis Mining Ltd (ASX:FMJ) from December 2010 to November 2011. Mr Grammer is the former non–executive Chairman of South Boulder Mines Ltd (ASX:STB), from October 2007 to July 2013 and a former director of Sirius Resources (ASX:SIR) from 2010 to 2015."
