If Lunt is leaving because the deal had fallen through surely they would have to announce that immediately. Therefore more likely I think the deal has now been completed and is just awaiting sign off....although I will concede I am hardly impartial on this matter.
But as you say typically ambiguous. Surely they will actually have to inform the market what the F*** is really going on sooner rather than later.
Sounds like FG had become incapacitated ??by a mental illness. If thats the case then that is unfortunate but we have all had to pay the price in blood and tears. That is why corporate governance is so important and it's a great thing we now have an independant board.... At least he had the insight to see he was destroying the company and step down.
Hopefully things will start to look up from here and we can expect to see SEN turn into the company we all know it can....
