That's right. As far as I can tell this tender has not been awarded to anyone yet.
Looking at the list of 'Awarded Tenders' (https://tendersonline.nt.gov.au/Tender/List/#!/Awarded)... I see that some of the Department of Health tenders can have a 3 to 6 month time lag.
