Yes variables possible. My guess is if banks want out and others won't extend credit no chance of CR. What I would like to know ASAP is how millions of dollars of debt did Citi sell off and why so heavily discounted. Someone made a lot of sense asking why SGH didn't buy the debt down for 38 cents per dollar owed or offered it to shareholders. I would have bought in myself.
