It's not accepted and many private investors are angry about it. But just can't do much about it. This is a money spinner for the big institutions. Someone lose money in daily basis as the result of these automated programs and I can't tell you it's mostly private investors. It's not a level playing field.
They have an arsenal of tools, tricks and funds at their disposal to fleece PIs of their money.
It's Wild West and the sheriff and his deputies on the side of the bad guys!
