re: price estmate yeah orga, I've been in and out of FAR more times than I can remember.... there are those who believe it has a future but it sure has a miserable past even though it is cashed up....
as for BLR, I'm sceptical that the Yanks would leave such a gold mine (uranium actually) for someone else to just come along and scoop it up.... I dunno, do you think they'd do that....
it reminds me of the NEO hype where people were saying it would recover squillions of cu ft of gas in no time - my argument then was identical - why would the yanks leave a big chunk of gas filled ground to a backyarder?.... and so it proved to be a dud.
I can't say that BLR will fail, but I'd like to know why the Taylor Ranch tenement was just lying around waiting for BLR to pick it up so easily.... good grades too, not like their Wyoming effort....
